What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• The service you're enquiring about
• The details of your enquiry / message

We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this website, and we do not collect any information beyond what you submit through the contact form. Our contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our service area; loading that map may allow Google to set its own cookies under Google's own privacy policy, independent of this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote for the work requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Enquiry details are stored securely in our database (provided by Supabase) and a copy is sent to our team by email (via Resend) so we can respond. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own data processing agreements.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email info@apexpavingasphalt.co.uk.
